A well-groomed gentleman would not think about leaving the house with nails that are too long, too short (as if you have been nibbling them), or too dirty.
Being well cared for means paying attention to every detail.
If you are serious about grooming, investing in the best nail clippers for men is a must. Good nail clippers ensure an excellent cut every time and ensure that your nails look good, not ragged.
In addition to a tight cut, nail clippers must be made with a durable material that does not become rust or dull over time. Secondly, the grip is just as important because it can deliver a reliable and precise cut with every press of the lever.
The reality is that all our nails are different. Some men have thin nails, while others are incredibly thick, so it is essential to buy the right nail clipper that meets your needs.
We tested ten famous best nail clippers for men, and although they were all pretty sharp, our top choices go one step further, with a slim design and excellent ergonomics that make personal care a pleasure.

4 Things To Consider When Purchasing Nail Clippers
Let’s look at what you need to know about buying nail clippers before we go into our reviews of the ones we like best.
1- Type Of Nail Clippers
The type of nail clipper that you use is a matter of personal preference, including the kind that you prefer. These are the most common types:
- Guillotine: Don’t worry; this clipper is much too small to chop off heads. The guillotine cutter has a curved shape, excellent ease of use, and sharp edges.
- Delivery type: The trimmer of the lever type has flat heads and narrow openings for each nail type.
- Nipper: The tongs look like tongs and have concave or straight blades that cut thicker or more difficult nails.
- Scissors: Scissors are typically supplied as part of a manicure set and ensure smooth cuts.
When evaluating nail clippers, it was found that they were provided in 3 primary materials:
- Stainless steel
The basis of a pair of quality nails clippers depends on the composition. Cheap nail clippers that perform poorly will not only crack your nails but will eventually have to be replaced instead of later.
3-Ergonomics And Closing Mechanism
Hold the clipper in your hand before you purchase it. Do they feel at ease? Are there sharp corners that can dig into your hand? Is there an indentation to make it easier to grip?
Ensure that the handle locks in one place when it is opened and then clicks shut when you are finished. You do not want your trimmer to slip or unfold in your bag while cutting.
4-Intended use: toenail clipper versus fingernail clipper
Although we will discuss this later in our guide, it is essential to understand that fingernail clippers and toenail clippers are two completely different tools.
It is not recommended to use each other, as this may lead to less than satisfactory results, along with the possibility of ingrown nails (especially when using a nail clipper on your toenails).
We therefore strongly recommend that you have two separate clippers for both nails, such as toenails.
10 Best Nail Clippers For Men Of 2020
In this post, we’ll discuss the best nail clippers for men for both fingernails and toenails.
Let’s start by finding the perfect nail clipper and toenail clipper for you:

- Designed for men with both thick nails and toenails
- One of the most popular sets available
- Bent toenail clippers not great for men who can get ingrown nails
Questions & Answers
Can these cut though 22 Gauge wire?
I don't know, but can you cut your nails with a 22 gauge wire cutter? ... That seems to be a more relevant question ...
What's makes these better than a normal pair of clippers?
They are super sharp and when you pick them up, you feel the handle and they do not bend or bend like the three dallor. I have super thick nails and they will not crack them and they will not cut serrated edges with half the effort.
Made in which country?
Made in China.
Has anyone had trouble with these rusting? I've had stainless clippers (Seki) rust before, on the pivot point.
Yes they do. I only had them for 2 weeks and they start to rust at the pivot point. I brought them back
Top Customer Reviews
I bought the Harperton Nail Clipper Set from Amazon - a bit pricey, but the customer rating was pretty high and there were a good number of reviews, so I made the purchase. The hair clippers (large and small) seemed well built and worked very well from the package. The cutting edges of both the large and small clippers were very well aligned and sharp, allowing nails to be cut quickly and easily. No ragged edges. Both sizes have a rounded cutting edge, which is great for me - I don't like a toe-nail clipper with a straight cutting edge. Shortly after I bought these clippers, I discovered the reason for the large number of very good reviews: the company offers a 'backup' hair clipper if you provide feedback. Now they don't say that you should leave GOOD feedback, but I thought most people who used the offer would be positive - which worried me that the quality might not be as good as it appears in the reviews. I can honestly say that my assumption was far beyond the basics. After two years of use, these clippers perform virtually as they did when they were brand new - sharp, fast cuts with no rough edges. And in addition to the good performance, they have a lifetime warranty. Best set of hair clippers I have ever had. Pay a little more and get what you paid for.
The test of time will only teach, but at first glance and use this nail clipper and toenail clipper seem to be the heaviest well-built I have ever bought. I fought the nail clipper for years. They range from very cheap to very expensive in the store (drugstore or Wally world) and I have tried dozens on both sides of the price range. The bathroom cabinet's cupboard is loaded with half a dozen couples that vary widely. Some cut well, but fall apart easily during use. Some don't cut well, but get up to be thrown into a bag and travel without falling apart. These new ones are built quite heavy and the first cut was very clean. If they remain in this condition when used, they will indeed be the best quality I have ever bought, regardless of the price.
I originally ordered these and they were lost during transport, so I got my money back. Customer service was great and they contacted me to express their concern that my package was lost. They offered me a 20% discount voucher for future orders, and I was allowed to use it on the new set that I ordered again after my old one was lost! They were very quick to reach me and their responses to my messages were all on the same day! I received the Klipit hair clipper today and I used the small nail clipper. It feels sturdy and works great so far for cutting my nails. It comes with a small zipper to store your hair clipper. They responded super fast (about 10 minutes!) And I got a free product! The customer service of the Harperton brand has been great everywhere and I would definitely recommend supporting them!
I love these. Years ago I searched for the best nail clippers and toenail clippers. A review about The Sweethome made me buy a pair of completely disappointing Tweezerman hair clippers. The toenail clipper had a flat (not bent) knife. I don't like that at all, although the review explained why it was great, as I recall. even my 11-year-old daughter rejected them as difficult to use) and ended up with it. I finished searching because I found what I was looking for. These are attractive, comfortable to hold and use, solidly built and sharp. That is a trifecta with positive qualities. Great value for a high-end personal care tool. I love my tools and am willing to try a few variations on something (such as binoculars) to find the best one for me. I wish they were available when I started my journey and wasted my time and money on other clippers. Had I not already viewed this? If so, I will consolidate them. This just appeared on my purchase list, so I'm leaving a review.
The Edge SS-106 nail clippers from Seki are indeed sharp enough to leave a smooth, clean cut every time, meaning there are no cracks, cracks, or jagged nails. Moreover, you don’t have to worry about the blades rusting. On the other hand, you would expect nothing less from a company that combines age-old craftsmanship with the latest technology to create its many care tools.
The Edge SS-106 is another nail clipper that sits comfortably and efficiently in your hand to provide ultimate control when cutting your nails. You can even cut the thickest nails: shape them and cut them: with little effort.
The hardened stainless steel rim makes the SS-106 suitable for professional use. Yet you can buy this nail clipper for a modest price compared to nail clippers of much less quality. In the meantime, the molded handle provides extra leverage and smooth cutting.
- Handmade superior design
- Professional quality
- The smooth, precise cutting action
- Some say the nail clippers are too small to handle properly
Questions & Answers
Where are they made ?
The box states that it is made in Japan.
Has anyone used this for a substantial (more than a year) length of time, and if so, how sharp has it remained? Cutting performance is still good?
We've had ours since 2011, and both the fingernail and toenail versions are still sharp and much better in clean cuts than any other brand we've ever had, and we're talking about 70+ years. The only problem I have is that they are too smooth like most of these styles. I wish Seki to cover small spots on the handles with grip material, so that I could better control the accuracy of cuts. It is a pain to keep the knives in line when your fingers slide around the handles as you start squeezing them together. Only adding rounded slots makes no difference.
What is the width of the cutting edge?
0.380 inch (3/8) or 9.6 mm (I used a caliper on mine). Very sharp; for my toenails (male) they work great if you make two or three cuts.
I know it says Seki Edge Stainless Steel "Fingernail" Clipper, but can you also use it for toenails?
I use this for my toenails because I have never really understood the need for both as long as the nail clipper was durable enough to cut through. Some people recommend that you cut your toenails in fewer turns, and as long as you do not use the full length of this trimmer, you will have no problems with it. I have individual toenail clippers that I have bought from other brands, but I prefer these for both nails and toenails.

Just like Seki, PaRaDa is a Japanese brand, and this clipper feels balanced in the same way, with smooth leverage and a curved curve where your thumb is
As impressive as the PaRaDa is, our testers noticed that the clip of the PaRaDa was not as smooth as that of the Seki. We will admit that this is nitpicking, but with such a robust design, we were a bit disappointed that the clippers were not as effective as possible. That said, they still outperformed the rest, and no other clipper we tested felt indestructible.
- Balanced design
- Not quite smooth
Questions & Answers
Does this have a file with it?
Yes. It is a perfect size and an excellent medical / surgical quality instrument. Worth the price. I had made more expensive German ones that I found dangerous to use because of their dullness that requires more pressure to cut.
How wide is the cutting blade ??
I don't have them in front of me, but the average width is about 2/3 inch (.65). I have a friend who bought the large size and they are almost for the toes. I think the medium works great for hands and feet.
Top Customer Reviews
Although it seems that the blades are not aligned at all, it actually cuts very well and smoothly. Significantly more than clippers that look as if they are almost perfectly aligned. They can still cut wire ties, but will probably not be able to cut strings or very thin pieces of plastic. The built-in protector captures most / all of your nails from nails. your nails under water. The guard can hold a little water and I had to be careful to let it dry. These (plus the large version) are now my favorite hair clippers. They are expensive, but it's worth it to me. I use the medium version (this product) for my fingernails. It is a bit too big for fingers and a bit too small for toes, but it certainly works (until now it has been unable to find the little ones for purchase).
This hair clipper has a tray for your cut nails. With this function, you cannot cut the sides of the nail or get close to be grown in quickly. I just broke that part off, so now they work on average.

WOW! Best nail clipper ever! I'm really glad I bought this one. Built there to last a long time and do a murderous job to cut and catch the nails. The nail file also has industrial strength. I will definitely make more purchases from this company.
The brushed stainless steel design gives it a modern look, and the ergonomic design helps you work less and cut with single precision. The people on Kohm have built their product to last, and they support that idea with a satisfaction guarantee.
The front of this trimmer is curved – ideal for thick nails if you want a straight edge for thick toenails.
If you have thick nails, this is one of the best nail clippers available for you. He must be able to cut the nail easily.
- Perfect for thick nails
- Ergonomic grip ensures precise cuts
- Stainless steel must last a lifetime
- The large body makes it difficult to travel

This toe nail clipper makes a huge difference !! I love how wide the jaw is to insert my thick toenails. I use it to try to put them in the standard nail clipper. They always slipped out of my hands and could never keep a good grip to get those toenails in. I have never seen a wide jaw clipper until I looked for the nail clipper and I had to scroll quite far down to pop it up. I think these clippers are the only ones that are quite wide, because I have not seen any other stainless steel wide jaw clippers. The big difference: cutting toenails! Ergonomic grip and my thick big toe nails slid straight into the jaw and clip! Flexible and easy. No hassle to hold them and fall out of my hands trying to cut them off. And they also cut very well! As a diabetic, I have no problems with my toes or feet in my life. Knock on wood I don't come across it. Trader was pretty good with shipping. Would have been nice if it was Prime because I needed them badly / earlier because they were long and hurt in shoes. When they arrived, that was the first thing I did, cut my toenails. I was shocked by the jaw and, again, how easily my toenail could fit.
These are the largest. They are very, very sharp and work really well. I have very thick toenails and I have never had hair clippers that they could cut earlier without much pain and bleeding. This product is doing exceptionally well. Buy this! You will not regret it
I was very happy to find this nail clipper. I am 81 years old and have trouble reaching my feet. I did not know that there were special hair clippers that opened wider for thick toenails or were easier to close to cut the nail. I finally came to Amazon to view the situation and found many useful tools for people like me. I made a nice manicure set with it and am so happy that I have them. I had never come to it. Their larger size makes it easier to hold and I have to use less pressure when cutting a toenail. Their longer trimmer also makes it easier to reach. They seem well made.
The essential characteristic of the Victorinox 580 is, of course, the nail clipper, but this is also supplied with a screwdriver, nail file, and key ring. Even with the extra goodies, the clipper is small and light and easily fits around any keyring (or fits nicely in your pocket) so that you have access everywhere.
Nevertheless, (extras) do not ensure that a nail clipper is good for the job for which it is intended. Still, the Victorinox can handle its job thanks to a stainless steel nail clipper manufactured in Switzerland to the highest quality standards. Also, a lifetime warranty is offered on material and manufacturing defects.
One of the things we like is related to one of the gadgets, i.e., the nail file. You can file the nails at the exact level while you shape them as you wish. The stainless steel cutting edge is now precise and makes cutting your nails enjoyable: not that you are going to organize a cutting party or something, but still.
The Victorinox 580 design is unique because the nail file protrudes from one end of the trimmer, instead of the inside, as with some other nail clippers. Many users find it a more convenient location.
As mentioned, the Victorinox nail clippers are small and light, but like everything from the Swiss pocket knife line, they are built to last a lifetime.
- Versatile, with various applications
- Compact and highly portable
- Superior craftsmanship
- Cutting power does not match other, larger clippers
Questions & Answers
Where are these Victorinox MADE ? Thx
No, if you read the package, this indicates Victorinox Quality Controlled. There is also a sticker on the package with what appear to be Chinese characters. That said, these are the best of this clipper style I've found. Much better than the type of hair clipper found at drugstores or stores in the pharmacy department. They handle a little differently, but with a little adjustment they are great.
I am not able to fold the clipper, tried a few ways.. How do you guys fold it as shown in picture? I know it sounds like a dumb question ,sorry
Sorry, this is not a stupid question because you are not the first to ask this 🙂 http://www.amazon.com/forum/-/Tx1YVTXA5DWMVPC/ref\\u003dask_dp_dpmw_al_hza?asin\\u003dB001U52C9Q
I bought one of these victorinox nail clippers a couple years ago, and truly enjoyed them. but the lever that powers the jaw just broke off. warranty?
Since the seller did not respond to my complaint, it would be surprising if there was a guarantee on the paper on which it was printed. . . I really do not believe that the item is really Swiss. The fact that it is broken, however, in my opinion speaks of the poor finish and limited functionality. People should be warned that they can easily buy a simple Chinese clipper for a dollar or two. Why pay Swiss prices for Chinese quality? In the best case, this clipper is meant to be carried in a backpack when someone has to cut something and cannot wait until he comes home. It was definitely not designed for regular use by a family. Sorry if this is more than a frenzy than an answer to your question, but if you really liked yours, then buy a replacement from China. If you want a quality clipper, keep looking.
How big is it? how wide? I bought a zwlling one for my husband ,but he said that was too small for his nail
2 3/8 inch long and 1/2 inch wide. Very nicely built of stainless steel. Is perhaps a bit small for daily use, but could be used that way. I have it on the key ring for that nail polish at the film moments. and actually use a full-size nail clipper simply because they are easier to handle. Note: The ring attached to the key ring is very slender and comes off some of the spring clip key rings. I would use split rings to hold it on the key ring.

Best nail clipper ever. Spend Thanksgiving World Cup (2015) in Switzerland. Landed in Zurich, checked in at the hotel and unpacked. Looked at my nails, noticed that they were a bit long, and started looking for my regular nail clippers - no luck. Who knows where they were / are. I walked to DT Zurich to buy replacement nail clippers. I never got Victorinox nail clippers in my head until I saw the Victorinox store. I have a few other Victorinox personal care products and I love them. Why not, I said, and went to the store. I saw a few hanging on a wall ($ 6sf ~ $ 6.30USD at the time) and picked up a set. Went to the hotel, cut my first nail and immediately fell in love with them. First, they look like James Bond would use nail clippers, he would use this nail clipper. They are visually attractive, certainly. They don't cut, they cut. It's hard to describe, but they go through the nail more easily than any other nail clipper I've ever used. The next day, after a walk through the city, I made it a point that Victorinox saved my last stop before returning to the hotel. I bought 22 extra sets as gifts / souvenirs for friends. At first they looked at them, WTH is this? - as I did when I first saw them. But since then they have all told me that they love the way this nail clipper works. I read a few comments from people who asked where these clippers were made, I also saw the mention on the package. I have posted photos from the individual package, as well as a box that contained 10 of these at one point.
So today I cut my toenails - with other hair clippers, not these. Unfortunately I had allowed them to grow for so long that the nails on my big toes apparently had a hardness comparable to that of titanium. First I cut off a part of a nail. Then I had to press 3 times to try and cut off the rest of the nail, and finally, WHAM !!! No, the nail did not cut - the hair clipper broke !! The metal part tore off near the base - totally useless. I panicked. Was I destined to spend the day with a partially cut nail? NO. Enter the Victorinox hair clipper, which I, just like a scout, had so wisely stored away as a back-up for such an occasion. But I thought, how could this SMALL little Victorinox hair clipper take the hardened nail of my big toe ??? It didn't seem possible. But - to my surprise - the Victorinox hair clippers went through that nail like it was butter !!! (which it certainly was NOT!) I mean, I didn't even have to press hard or use a lot of force. It must have to do with the leverage produced by this cool little tool. So in the end I was able to cut my nails and I am no longer the curse of my household. (Well, I can still be - but not because I have half-cut toenails!) This Victorinox hair clipper ROCK !!!! I like them so much, I have now ordered two more, in case I lose the only one I have! They are cheap, small and light, STRONG and do an excellent job for the task ahead of them. I wish all the tools were so great !!! If you need a good set of nail clippers, buy this TODAY !! You will thank yourself later!
For a precise cut, these nail clippers have an ergonomic handle with four pressed circles for extra grip. That is why every risk of cracking is reduced.
The built-in file along the handle makes it perfect for softening sharp edges so that there is no gap in your beautiful socks.
Finally, Green Bell, the parent company of Seki Edge. That is why it carries precisely the same Japanese craftsmanship that so many men love.
This clipper easily cuts through a thick toenail. Men have trusted Green Bell for decades because they reliably deliver great results.
- One of the sharpest nail clippers on the market
- Should not have a problem by cutting thick toenails
- The ergonomic grip ensures precise results
- Not for men who are susceptible to ingrown toenails because it has a curved blade (choose the G-1020 for a straight edge instead)
Questions & Answers
Is this privy to straight or curved edge?
Is this for finger nails as well as toe nails?
Yes, this is a wonderful product!
Will these work on thick fungos toenails?
Sure. This thing could probably cut tree branches.
Does this clipper work for toenail also?
Yes. Very good for toenails.

I read about these clippers in New York Magazine, a matter of holiday gift ideas. (Coming into New York Magazine is a blessing and a curse, I can tell you from personal experience. I ended up in one of their Best of New York issues and almost drove me crazy with work and early retirement). If you want them as a gift, it is a pity that it takes a long time before they are sent, but let me just say that they are incredibly great and worth waiting for. Like nothing I've ever used, and I've been a massage therapist for many, many years, and obsessed with my nails. Have a bit of arthritis and would sometimes find it difficult to cut with other brands, even the chic ones. These are extra long and fit in your entire hand and clip so easily that it is really surprising. I would recommend this as absolutely the best hair clipper available everywhere and at any price, and especially if your joints are a little weather-beaten!
as a man who has used tools and tools to get things done for the past 40 years, I can honestly say that this tool is my favorite, the way the clipper is in the hand because of the shovel-shaped handle really shows dedication and intelligent thinking, I don't waste your time telling the high quality and sharpness of this nail clipper, I will tell you that this is the best functioning nail clipper I have ever used.

These hair clippers have a larger gap between the blades, so it is easier to operate and position the hair clippers to cut exactly what you want. I have used sharper hair clippers, but they are sharp enough to get the job done. What makes these hair clippers really special is their ergonomics. The design ensures a stable and secure grip on these hair clippers. You get a sense of positive control when you hold them. They are remarkably larger than most hair clippers, but this contributes to the stable, secure grip. There may be better hair clippers on the market (and I've tried some), but I don't know what they are. They are worth the price and I would buy them again.
The rotating head swings easily, making it easy to set up a dime: or, in this case, on a rounded nail or to cut a sharp edge. As a reviewer stated, the Keiby Citom nail clipper is a nail clipper (shipped from the future).
Apart from the unique design, there is even more fun with the Keiby Citom nail clipper. First, they are made of stainless steel, which means that they do not rust and will last you a lifetime. Keiby also processes its nail clippers with the latest technology that makes their blades extremely hard and sharp. You don’t need multiple clippings to get the job done.
The design is also unique because it comes with two tong-like handles instead of a single handle. The handles give your cut an extra bit of power. The handles also come with specially designed holes that prevent the trimmer from sliding out of your hands and offer superior leverage (making it great for seniors too).
Keiby is known for producing high-quality Nail clippers, and this nail clipper is no exception. From the unique design to the ease that it adds to the cutting process, it is a nail clipper that deserves your attention.
- Unique design that works
- Good for cutting from all angles
- Easy to grip
- It is not portable because of the size
Questions & Answers
Whether stainless or regular steel is it high carbon steel?
I got the nail clipper two weeks ago, very happy with quality stainless steel.
This set looks beautiful, how is the quality?
I think the nail clipper is very well made and sharp, love it so much.
Does this kit come with a nail file? The pictures do not all include a nail file.
I think so. I received a file, but my order contained a heavy toenail cutter.
What is the length?
The large one is 4 inches long; the small one is 3 inches long.

I can't use my fingers, so I built this - see photo. I just put my nails between the blades and use my fist to push down. Items I used: this nail clipper (because it has good holes for screws), board with hole drilled in it, screw, washing machine and foam tube.
I mainly bought nail clippers for the toe. It is very sharp, the handles long, increase the leverage and the rotating head is great too. The rotating head on the nail clipper is also a good function. Not in the photo I received a file and storage bag.
After two major back surgeries in three months and having connected the thoracic to the lumbar with different bars, clamps and screws, I had limited bending power for simple chores such as cutting my toenails. I tried a set of elongated scissors, but the finger grips were too small for my thick little fingers. Now, with the help of physiotherapy and the beautifully adjustable larger size nail clipper shown here, Keiby Citom nail clipper with 360 degree rotating head - Stainless steel fingernails and toenail cutter Lagre and small sizes I can do that job with minimal whining and grumpy old man expletives . Why someone didn't bring a nail clipper with slightly longer handles and 360 degree rotating jaws years ago, I don't know, but they allowed me at the age of 75 to prevent me from asking my wife of the same age for her help, or worse, go to a walk-in clinic where I would probably be asked not to come back after I introduced an unsuspecting POI or assistant on my overly tickling toes and arches. Thanks, thanks and thanks! Oh! And they are sharp enough to get the job done without the cracks and cracks of hard-to-reach nails.
Large swivel head makes it easier to view your work. Good longer handles - (wish they were covered with rubber).
The two-part, chromed steel set has two sizes, so you can get behind your fingers and toenails and enjoy the comfortable grip. The smart design is highly appreciated and especially loved by people with arthritis because you need very little finger force to operate them.
Also, you will receive a set priced at a reasonable price.
If you have limited mobility or arthritis, these scissors will help you to clean your nails or toenails.
- Scissors handle perfect for people with arthritis
- Provides much needed extra leverage to get a clean cut
- Contains both fingernail and toenail clippers for an affordable price
- Made of chrome, so it can crack or crack if it falls

yes, they fold.
Do they have a side cut??
No, just ends.
Where are these made?
I no longer have the packaging and there is nothing on the clipper at all. Sorry.

According to Amazon's product description, they are stainless steel. Very good products.

Because I have a bit of arthritis in my hands, I thought these clippers were the perfect thing for me to use. In my opinion easy to use and ergonomically correct. I didn't even know these were made before I saw them on Amazon. Very cheap and extremely easy to use.
I really like these nail clippers, they are easy to hold and use. Especially use the toenail clippers, because when I get old and fat, the more nuisance I can get from the simple care of cutting the toe claws, the better. I also like the shape of the cutting edge of the large trimmers, more or less straight ahead, trimmers that are too bent tend to encourage ingrown nails.
Arthritis hip ensures that reaching with a normal nail clipper is hit and miss by keeping your fingertips in contact with the lever. Finger loops on the handles make the device easy to handle. Excellent idea and well made.
They are sharp enough to cut thick nails. They fold nicely. The hair clippers I received are smaller than the photo shows or the person in the photo is much smaller than my petite wife. I have large hands (3XL gloves) and I expected them to be bigger. My thumbs hardly fit in the handle loops. My wife is fit with some extra space, but nothing in the pictures. The hair clippers are not as robust as I had wished, but would last a few years.
They also do the work they need to do thanks to stainless, ultra-sharp stainless steel blades that cut even the thickest nails smoothly and evenly. You get a tight cut without nail splitting, even on thick toenails.
Fixbody’s nail clippers also have an ergonomic design that allows you to cut accurately without the handle digging in or slipping out of your hand. Instead, you can relax and not worry about applying excessive force when trimming becomes heavy.
There is much more fun with this nail clipper, including that it comes with a stylish leather carrying case that makes it ideal for traveling. Each set comes with two nail clippers (straight and curved) and a nail file.
Although Fixbody is not a concept, it is not because it is not an excellent product. They are also affordable products that offer great value for money.
Fixbody’s nail clippers set is something of a hidden gem. It makes cutting nails easier and without worries.

They would certainly work on children's nails. However, they are of normal size. Great for older children, but personally if I were a baby or toddler, I would use babies.

the cutting surface is 0.5, the entire length is 4. The small ones have a cutting surface of 3/8 and a length of 3.25.

I had to investigate your answer and there was no reference to these clippers being magnetic, but they have a stainless steel finish, which makes them very durable. Trust me when I say this, you can't go wrong with these clippers. These are the nail clippers that you have ever purchased.

Talk about a pleasant surprise! Without a doubt, these are the best hair clippers I have ever had. They have a good, heavy feeling in their hands. As a diabetic, I especially love the toenail clipper. The sharp blades cut through my thick nails with little effort and leave no burrs behind. That is why I believe that I will have fewer problems with the corners of my nails that get stuck under the skin. Or by the way, if my nails get stuck in my socks when I take off my socks. After a while I will buy this and give it as a gift to family members. They are a great product - much better than the clippers you would buy in a drugstore.
This nail clipper set is a very strong set. Definitely a step higher than your typical nail clipper that you get in the supermarket. It comes in a leather case, making it easy to store and less likely to be lost. The hair clippers themselves have a nice curvature in the cut and give a nice clean cut to your nail. The nail file is also strong and seems to last a very long time.
This is a really nice set, very rustic in a matte black color and it comes in a nice cover. It is small enough to throw in your bag for a trip and it keeps everything organized. I ordered this for myself, but this would also be a great gift because it is very stylish and unique for a nail clipper set.
We are all told to cut our nails so that they are flat, but almost all nail clippers that are sold have a curved cutting surface. After some time searching, I found this set and ordered it. It is everything I was looking for. The hair clippers are well built and assembled from heavy material. The black finish is a welcome change from the usual glossy surfaces. After I lost my last hair clipper when I recently moved, I can now cut my nails the way I want without any problems. And the bag is also a nice carrying bag.
The fingernail clipper is bent to cut and shape, while the toenail clipper cuts straight at your typical thicker toenails; both are strong and made of stainless steel. The sleek-looking set has an engraved Tweezerman logo and is very affordable: in fact, this is probably best for your money if you are looking for a game.
Tweezerman has won the hearts of many with this set. From the friendly body design to the uncompromising material, these two nail clippers ensure that your nails look great.
- One of the best-selling nail clippers on the market
- This set contains two great nail clippers at an affordable price
- Stainless steel housing should last a lifetime
- No, this is a great nail clipper.

Small is too small and Large is too large. Curved knife is too curved and flat knife is too flat. Still good products, very very sharp blades and excellent quality.
Advantages: - Cuts everything and closely. I recommend that you keep the smaller ones in your bag to tackle hanging nails on the way! - 2 forms. Smaller is rounded for fingernails. Bigger is flat for thicker toenails. The rounded effect makes it easier to shape nails and then reduces filing time. Cons: - No (built-in) file
How To Cut Nails Properly
Most of us have a pretty good idea to use nail clippers. On the other hand, there are some best practices that many men ignore or have never heard of. So let’s put it all down: from the preparation time to some things you can do after cutting (namely filing your nails, if you feel like it).
While cutting your fingers and toenails since you were only a few years old, we wanted to share some simple steps with you that could lead to not only more great nails but also a much more comfortable cutting experience:
1-Soften Before You Start
OK, so we don’t always have much time to take care of all our care needs, and taking the time to trim your nails properly may not be high on your priority list. However, if you want to do the job well, soak your fingernails and toenails in warm water before you cut them. This softens the nails, washes away calcified growths, and makes them easier to cut.
2-Clean the Clippers before cutting
A little alcohol on a cotton ball is a great way to remove all surface bacteria on your nail clipper.
This can be especially important if you are prone to an accident and cut your cuticles a few times when working on the edges of your fingers.
3- Use Of Your nail Clippers
Hold the clipper in your hand with your thumb on the handle and the base against your index finger. (if you use a hedge trimmer, that is). If you use a hair clipper with a pair of pliers, grab the two handles in the palm of your hand while wrapping your fingers around it to maintain a comfortable grip. You want to squeeze the handles without slipping.
Your goal while cutting your nails is to remove the free edges of your nails, which usually consist of the off-white half-moons that are at the ends of your nails. To grow. Place the cutting head around the pin that you want to cut, but without bringing the edges too close to your nail and skin.
Cut your nails almost utterly straight while you place them a bit in the corners: this keeps the nails healthy. By cutting them straight on, you also reduce your chances of developing ingrown nails.
6- File Your Nails
When you have finished cutting your nails, it is time to file.
As we said before, you always want to cut your nails and leave a bit of surplus nail behind.
It allows you to file to the base of the nail so that your fingers look your best.
We also recommend that your toenails are also a light file. Because this helps prevent the sharp edges of the freshly cut nails from making a hole in your favorite socks.
FAQ About Nail Clippers
You will hear conflicting advice about the (best) way to cut your nails. Some experts recommend that you cut the nail straight and then slightly round the corners. Others suggest that you mimic the curve of your cuticle. You do want to be careful with toenails: if you cut too much in the corners, you run the risk of ingrown toenails. It is also important to disinfect your nail clipper before use. We recommend brushing your trimmer with a small scrub brush soaked in isopropyl alcohol. You don’t want to be too diligent in cutting your nails, but you have to cut them often. For most people, a trim once or twice a week is sufficient to prevent them from growing too long or too wild. Watch out for sharp edges around your nails, because it is often a sign that you are developing an ingrown nail. You can try to cut off the painful growth before it goes too deep, but you may need to consult a doctor if it grows too deep. If you experience any pulling or pulling (especially at the edges) when cutting your finger or toenails, it is probably time for an upgrade. A new nail clipper must effortlessly cut through the finger or toenail. Clippers made of stronger metals, such as stainless steel, should have a much longer lifespan compared to chromed steel, aluminum, and others. One thing everyone agrees with, from podiatrists to salon professionals, is never to cut nails that are so short that you risk cutting the hyponychium, or (quickly) – the skin that forms a seal between the nail plate (the hard part) and the nail bed. Why? Just like cutting nails and cuticles, this makes your skin vulnerable to infections. We think the best way to clean a clipper before use is to take a cotton ball, soak it in alcohol and then pass it along the cutting blade This would be effective in removing many of the bacteria on the surface.
