How do best nose hair clippers work?
nose trimmers work on batteries, just like the beard trimmers that men use. The knives on these trimmers are encapsulated in a cylindrical plastic or metal protective cap. The guard has long slots through which the long hair can be trimmed. This guard helps to preserve a part of your nose hair so that your immunity is not compromised during the trim process. These trimmers can also be used to shorten excessive hair growth on the outside of the ear cavity.
Do you need a nose hair clippers?
When it comes to whether you should use a nose hair trimmer, then you really do not need it if you just have hair in your nose, because that is completely normal and even necessary. However, if your nose is thick, long until your nostrils reach out and you become self-conscious, a trimmer for your hair will probably become your best friend. Here I have compiled a list of the 10 best nose hair clippers available on the market.
1- Philips Norelco NT5175/49
After having seen a number of products, the Philips Norelco NT5175 / 49 came to be the best nose hair clippers for various reasons. For starters, you get a lot of value with this all-in-one option. You can use the product to comfortably remove unwanted nose, ear, and eyebrow hair. You can even use it to trim your neck, sideburns, stubble, and beards, as it comes with a skin-friendly detailer and a rounded comb. Both are very useful and add value. It not only works without pulling the hair, but it also comes with Philips SkinGuard technology. This function surrounds the blade to protect your skin against cuts and cuts when cutting and working the hair. The best part of this trimmer is that it is completely washable. Instead of disassembling it to clean it, you can simply run the entire unit under water. Tree, ready. When you purchase this product, you will also receive a beard comb, two combs for trimming eyebrows, a pouch, a cleaning brush, and a lithium-AA battery. It is a great bundle.
To replace a Maverick T-1000 trimmer, I just wanted something simple. Nothing is easier. I tried "Philips Norelco Beard and Head Trimmer Series 5100, 17 built-in length settings, hair pegs, BT5210 / 42" and was very disappointed. Maybe I don't use it the right way, but I find the beard trimming function overly difficult to use. It doesn't cut evenly, and I often had to go over areas to get the right length. Absurd! This all happened in a few seconds with the old technology Maverick. I have tried this item out of desperation. It was cheap, at least. Very impressed that when you put on the beard trim attachment, it does exactly what it says, and cuts it to 3 mm length, which is perfect for me, but others should be aware that, apart from using it without an attachment, 1 mm is (stubble) - or nothing. So this is not for everyone. Of course not designed as a primary beard trimmer. And yet it works more reliably than the same company is three times more expensive. Go figure. This unit trims nose, eyebrow, ear hair, etc. with excitement - it is the primary mission for which an instrument of its (small) size is better suited.
Finally one that works. The men in my family may not have much hair on our chest, but we are doing well with hair in our nose and ears. Not a pretty sight, but I know a lot about clippers. This is the first clipper that really works. I mainly used the type of rotating cylinder and they remove some hair in front, but it grows back quickly. The narrow nose of this comes all the way in and can come closer to the skin because the blade is on the side. Similarly, it is more effective in the ears and can eliminate short hairs. All this means that you don't have to cut your nose so often. I gave this to my brothers, a brother-in-law and an old boss. After laughing, they all reported that this clipper works well. I feel a fold for the product, but I have paid the full price for five of these products and they work well. My brother's new wife is especially grateful!
I read a LOT of reviews for this product before purchasing. I think for the money, it's a pretty good deal. But it's one of those deals where I would have paid more to get a better product like it. I'm not big on stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. I cannot get it to trim nose hairs efficiently. And it's not that great at trimming all the ear hair as well. You have to work at it with many passes & twists. The ON/OFF switch feels cheap, as in breaking in the near feature.
Actually a rating of 4.5 stars. Love this little trimmer. It is small enough to get into tight areas where us older guys have hairs growing that we did have before. It is very compact and fits nicely in a travel toiletries bag so I can take it with me everywhere I go. I do not have a beard (or hair on my head for that matter) so all the extra attachments are not necessary for me. However, I am certain they will be very useful for folks who do have. If it had a rechargeable battery or AC adapter could give it 5 stars. I read all the reviews and agree with the people who speak highly of this little trimmer. It performs exactly as described. I would buy again and will recommend to anyone looking for an ear or nose hair trimmer.
2-ToiletTree Water Resistant Heavy Duty Steel Nose Hair Trimmer With LED Light
Made of high-quality steel, this heavy-duty trimmer from ToiletTree is one of the best nasal hair trimmers on the market. Integrated with a bright LED light, it cuts efficiently even in low light. The trimmer is water-resistant, making it not only easy to clean, but also a handy tool that can be used in the shower. This product comes with a lifetime replacement warranty.
- Water repellent.
- Correctly lift the nose hair within minutes.
- Easy to clean.
- Comes with a lifetime replacement warranty.
I have used many of the trimmers and most are absolute junk. I have tried Remington, Panasonic and others, all with the same miserable results. Most do not have enough power to turn the blades in the head, let alone trim a nose or ear hair. This guest is the exception to the rule. I love this trimmer because it is the only one that works as expected. This runs at least twice as fast as my Remington and Panasonic trimmers did. No problems cutting a hair somewhere. The Panasonic and Remington now rest in the worthless trimmer-junk stack (trash).
UPDATE! It looked promising, but when I installed the battery and turned it on, it sounded good, but it didn't go out. Defective switch I think. Another reviewer had the same problem. Update: Mr. Parisi, president of ToiletTree, personally contacted me and offered to send me a working trimmer, which he did. I have read it. It today and it works great. That's what I call great customer service. Thank you, Mr. Parisi.
Top line: the perfect mix of power and performance: trimmed, perfected! Good: this trimmer has changed my life - okay, that is a bit exaggerated, but it has certainly changed my expectations of what a trimmer could be. I am used to buying a new trimmer every 12-18 months, it works well for about 6 months, and then runs along until it becomes too weak / dirty to use or just breaks. With this trimmer, the build quality and pulling power are exceptional, and I have not seen any drop in performance for a few months. Cutting is painless and trimmer cleans very nicely. I look forward to using it for a long time. Unfortunately: the costs are slightly higher than those of the typical junk seeker, but it is justified. And as with any nasal hair clipper, it will get dirty if you neglect it after every use. Extend the life of the product (and don't be disgusted) by cleaning it every time you use it. [Cleaning up is a breeze, by the way. Just pop the top and let it run under water.] Other: While others put the praise on the LED light, I just don't see it. Maybe if you usually work in the dark, it would be useful, but I can hardly tell when it is in my (apparently well-lit) bathroom. It also does not help me to look into my nose except perhaps the outer edges. YMMV.
I know that the woman is very sad because she asked if this was also for ladies. But to tell the truth, that was also my question. It is not at all like the usual, flat, sides that they sell for women. It is by far the most beautiful, pain-free I have ever used. I hardly bought it because it looks huge compared to the ones they usually sell for women. I think if someone tries it, they will really like it. The difference is amazing.

5- Philips Norelco Nose Hair Trimmer 3100
Philips Norelco Neustrimmer 3100 is a 3-in-1 tool that efficiently removes unwanted eyebrows, nose, and ear hair. The blades of this trimmer are extremely sharp and the protective technology of the trimmer ensures that it is soft to the skin and prevents pulling notches and cuts. The Philips Norelco nose trimmer is waterproof and comes with a 2-year warranty.
- Comes with 2-year warranty.

- Although this product has an excellent safety function, it takes several times to complete the work.
I use this trimmer a few times a month since I bought it about 6 months ago. Today it did not work even after changing the batteries. Then I decided to take it apart and find out why. You can remove the head by giving it a small counter-clockwise movement. Once you do that, you should be able to turn it on to see if the engine works. If the engine is running, the head is clearly jammed. Use a flat screwdriver under the head to loosen the blade mechanism. Reattach the head to the trimmer and it should work again.
Tech On the Mark
I noticed a lot of reviewers saying the unit died after a few uses.Mine did this when the first battery died.I replaced the battery and I would not work. But the unit was not dead, it was just jammed. To fix the problem, I twisted off the cutting head (it's removable) and turn the unit on and could see the little brass pin spinning. The little white plastic piece inside the head had became jammed so I used a toothpick to clean it out and it started working.Besides that issue this trimmer is better than most of the other trimmers I have tried but still not perfect. The cutting head just doesn't seem to cut short enough and sometimes you can pass over a hair multiple times and it will not catch or cut the hair.It cuts better than any other I have used at this price point but I do not think I would buy it again.Once this one dies for good I will look for something better.
This makes the job done. The feeling is a bit weird, but certainly not as uncomfortable as I had expected from a nose trimmer. A bit weird to say, but I'm looking forward to using this. It is a small lightweight device that I am not afraid of throwing around in my luggage when I am traveling, nor taking up space or adding bulk. There are a few loose items (the cap and the rim) that I wish they would have come in a kind of small carrying case, but that wasn't a problem. If you want to keep this at home, you don't have to worry about anything. Only a pity for me is that it is not rechargeable: works on disposable batteries. It will take a while before you have to think about it ... but when I was shopping, I wanted something small and cheap that could get the job done. And this checks all those subjects. It is really a no-brainer for this price tag.
Better than other styles because of the 'unique ProtecTube monitoring system'. Cuts shut, cuts quickly, does not pull. Cleans under running water. Mine came with a battery. Well made. High-quality materials. I got the impression by using this product that Philips Norelco wanted to make a high-quality trimmer that most people will say work better than any other trimmer they have used. Everything about this trimmer is slightly better than the other trimmers I used to look in the mirror at my 45-year-old fright. I have two, one for home, one in the travel bag.
6-SUPRENT Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer
With a silent motor, the Suprent Nose earhook trimmer offers a very discreet clip, making it ideal for night owls. The 6500 RPM motor controls the stainless steel blade in 360 degrees to prevent your nose hair from being pinched and damaging your nasal cavity. But your nose is not the only place where this trimmer can be used. It is also suitable for your ears, eyebrows, and sideburns. In addition, it is equipped with an LED light and an energy-saving mode and is waterproof.
Thank this awesome gadget for saving me a lof of time every morning. It is 100 times easier than using scissors as I used to do. This one is light and easy to carry. The noise is very low. I now use it every two or three days. Can't do without it now.
I liked the nose trimmer until the attachment for the nose, the blade, fell out. The other attachment for the face works fine. But I was very disappointed when the blade fell out of the nose trimmer attachment. 🙁
The clipper works as expected, high speed and clean. The battery is still the original one that came with it and still going months later.TYVM
The perfect nosehair trimmer - it's just the right size and shape.
7- GROOM MATE PLATINUM XL NOSE & EAR HAIR TRIMMER
You have to love that smiling, winking face that serves as the logo on the Groom Mate website. It’s like he says, do not worry, I’ve got you back, my friend. We take care of those ugly hairs. Wink.
And they do so with the Groom Mate Platinum XL nose and ear hair trimmer. By the way, the people of Groom Mate have dedicated themselves since 1991 to building nose haircutters and their products can be found in 40 countries around the world.
Now, about the hair clipper. First, this is not dependent on a battery or motor for power. Trimming with the Groom Mate Platinum XL is just a matter of placing the trimmer in your nose (or ear) and turning the bottom of the appliance. It provides a (soft) cut, without pulling and pulling on other models, and eliminates the hassle of replacing batteries. And no battery means environmentally friendly.
You also need to keep the craftsmanship of the Groom Mate Platinum XL. It is made of 100% brushed stainless steel and is designed to last a lifetime. You do not have to worry that your trimmer gets rusted or rusted. They also support it with an unconditional lifelong guarantee; if you do not like it, they will replace it – that simple.
The knives are also made of stainless steel and come with the promise that you will not go painfully on sensitive hair strands. The unit is also easy to clean.
It sounds strange that a nose trimmer would have a learning curve, but this little trimmer does. First off, let me say that this trimmer, like the trimmers, is much better in blade quality and ability to trim than any of the cheap battery operated bullshit you go to Tarjey or Wallymart or Wallygreens. This is a fairly high quality gadget. Very heavy and quite substantial with high-quality knives. But it is a MANUAL trimmer, which means that you have to learn how to use it properly. It is not as simple as turning the switch, waiting for the buzzing to start and then moving around. This requires a bit of practice - you have to learn to insert and turn back and forth * smoothly * and * FAST *. Only then will you delete it. Those of you who cram it there like a gorilla and spin and pull will certainly get a rude awakening when you start jerking your own nasal hair at the roots while trying to act male and not screaming like a little girl because it does VERY bad if you do that. Insert. FAST Twist-Twist-Twist-Twist. Remove. = No problems. If you take the trimmer out of your nose halfway through, you will definitely get a distressing removal of small nose hairs at the roots. The little one-star monkeys complaining because they painfully expel their nose hairs' I have taken the time to think about it and find out how to use a manual nose hair clipper. Once you need a minute to learn - you'll realize what a great little trimmer this is and realize that you will never have to buy another trimmer again as long as you live.
I have had this thing for almost nine years (I was shocked when I saw the purchase date, I am getting so old.) And it started to lift a bit the way you would turn it. I had dismantled it and cleaned it, but it was to no avail. After 8+ years of dedicated service, it finally began to show its age. I decided to just let myself buy a new one. Not a big deal, I felt like a good run for such a small item for 8+ years. I came to the page and saw the lifetime warranty. I followed some links and emailed Groom Mate one Sunday. That same day they answered and said they would immediately get me a new one with my address. I have sent them my address and I have received a shipping message on Monday morning! Fantastic and personal customer service, fantastic device. You really can't do better than that combination. I recommend this article without hesitation!
this is a great product. I was not entirely sure about some mixed reviews, but if you read the reviews that tell you how to use it, you are more than satisfied. the key is to place, hold (not turn or pull) in place, turn the bottom back and forth and then remove. I can't even say it cut anything except the sound of the hair snarling. he did my old battery-powered one, pulled mainly because the battery turned over and then only worked a few times without cleaning the battery contacts. and of course the batteries were difficult and cost for your wallet and the environment. this is a big improvement and I don't think you can go wrong with the lifetime warranty. can I get a discount if I buy 5 for Christmas stockings?
Robert D. Herrick II
I have seen quite a few reviews complaining about this trimmer pulling on her, but I have never experienced anything like it. The day I got it, I stuck it in the old schnoz, turned one hand one way and the other the other way ... and then I thought I had to do something wrong because I didn't feel anything. So I pulled the trimmer outside and looked at it to see that there was a bunch of hair in it, which surprised me. I checked the schnoz and - look - it looked great! I have since used the trimmer three or four times, with similar excellent results. I turn both parts of the trimmer, and I'm pretty handy, but I don't quite understand what other reviewers should do. I am really looking forward to using this trimmer because of how well it worked for me. Because I am made of stainless steel, I am not sure if it will even wear out, but if it is, I will quickly buy a new one.
How to usebest nose hair clippers
Yes, nose hairs are damn irritating, but they also serve an important function as part of your body’s natural immune system. It may be scary to think about the kinds of things – toxins, dust, bacteria and other pollutants – that penetrate your nose when you breathe, but those nasty substances get entangled in your nose hairs.
That is why you do not want to get rid of your nose completely. But it is important to cut out the coarse hair that can suddenly protrude into the public eye.
Nose and ear hair care start with your choice between an electric and a manual trimmer. We have already discussed both types in our reviews above and it really comes down to your preference.
Manual trimmers need two hands to work; electric trimmers do not. Both are usually supplied with attachments for trimming eyebrows and beards. In both cases, take a moment to read the user manual before you continue.
