Dry skin often means cool weather, but there are ways to still feel crystal clear without depriving your body of the oils it needs so badly when the temperature begins to drop.
If your skin looks like mine (which means crazy sensitivity), I recommend examining the best natural body wash that is moisturizer skin.
Chapped lips in cold weather are unpleasant but still manageable, but skin rash, itchy skin and flaky scalp on dry lips? No, thank you. At a certain moment last year my skin became so dry that I was tempted to make hot showers and wash cold turkey in the body, but that solution only lasted until I had to shower again.
Fortunately, my willingness to change my body wash (and to reduce my shower temperature) prevented my skin from being nourished and hydrated even on the coldest days.
Nowadays body washes – or shower gel – is a multi-billion dollar industry and many people, including men, prefer the more traditional bar of soap.
As you would expect, there are many choices available to consumers.
The majority of personal care products from toothpaste to shampoo are full of aggressive chemicals and toxic components that can have long-term effects on health and the environment.
So prevalent are these worrying ingredients that the Environmental Working Group maintains a database of more than 60,000 products that estimate their potential dangers and health problems.

1-Puracy Natural Body Wash
Just like 18.21 made by humans, Piracy is a newly emerging company from the Lone Star State. Their Natural Body Wash with Citrus and Sea Salt fragrance works with every skin type (and is excellent for men and women), but it is especially effective for sensitive skin because it does not contain sulfates that foam.
Instead, you get an all-natural formula that does not contain artificial fragrances, dyes, parabens or phosphates that have a negative effect on the pH balance of your skin.
In short, it is the best body wash for sensitive skin.
On the other hand, you would have a wax (or in this case gel) from Ph.D. expect. Chemists What is the case at Puracy Natural Body Wash is skin-friendly.
One of the most important ingredients is pink Himalayan sea salt, which naturally hydrates, balances and exfoliates all skin types.
Another important ingredient in Puracy’s Natural Body Wash is Coco Glycinate, a coconut-based surfactant that produces a lot of foam without disturbing the pH balance of the outer layer of the skin.
Disturbing this layer leads to dehydration, redness, and irritation that men with sensitive skin can drink. And if you suffer from eczema or dermatitis, this Wash was for you.
Men or women will also love the smell of Natural Body Wash, which contains the (natural) smell of citrus trees and a gentle breeze of ocean air. It is a refreshing scent that gives you an energetic feeling.
You will also enjoy the foam – a rich, luxurious lather that is not made by chemicals.
- A bit fluid and thin compared to other washes
Questions & Answers
Is this antibacterial?
It does not indicate that it is antibacterial in the package. But it sure cleans well and leaves your skin feeling good.
Does anyone know what the pH of this soap is?
Hello: The pH is between 5.5-6.0. Human skin is about 5.5, so it is in the same range as your skin. All the best, SeanCo-Founder @ [email protected]
Do you use it as a shampoo too? If so, do you like how it leaves your hair?
Hi jsue: You can certainly use it as a shampoo. It will leave your hair feeling squeaky clean. All the best,SeanCo-Founder @ [email protected]
does this come shrink wrapped so the pump top does not leak in transit?
It is hermetically packaged with quality bubble wrap and inside a small confined box so that it does not move and then inside a larger box. I have always liked the way it is packed and I have been ordering for more than a year without problems. Even if there was, this company is very friendly and I'm sure it would replace anything spilled but it has never happened.
It arrived fast as it had ordered from Amazon Prime. I am someone who never gives reviews to any product because I simply did not care, but recently I started buying a lot online, I trust the reviews a lot and I do not buy products that have less than 4 stars. So going back to this product, I would like to give it 10 stars, I am a person who has suffered dry skin for years and after showering, if I do not put lotion in 5 minutes, I go crazy because my body starts to itch and it dries super. I am writing this review after 3 hours of showering and I have not used any lotion on my body. My body does not feel dry and it does not cause itching, and also the smell is super calm and soothing. Update: I even forgot to put on lotion after the shower and I am updating this review the next day. Finally, after 27 years of struggle to find the perfect shower for the body, I found one. The price is also good considering that you will get two full bottles and it comes with a pump. I guess a bottle will last more than a month, depending on how many days of the week you take a shower. 2 bottles lasted 6 months, because little goes very far and I take alternate days. BUY THEM!
I wanted to wait a few days after buying this bath gel before leaving an honest review, mainly to try a couple of areas. Recently I decided to try a natural soap after noticing that my skin has become very sensitive to many things. Of course, to begin with, I thought I needed a soap with "extra moisturizers" or something like that, but it was not enough. I started navigating the Amazon to see what were the best qualified natural / organic body washes, and this was the first on the list. The critics were extremely positive and the main thing that caught my attention was the number of people who claimed that this soap left their skin with a soft, smooth and hydrated feeling. After the purchase, the product arrived VERY fast, so I was happy as always. Now I have used this soap on three different occasions, not only on the body but also on the face. Like the other reviewers, I noticed that when I got out of the shower, I did not have that "need to wear lotion now" feeling ridiculously uncomfortable. My legs used to have some type of moisturizer when I came out of the shower, but it seems that this product has decreased. The soap soaps well, goes a long way (I think 1-2 pumps are perfect for the whole body) and it smells absolutely AMAZING. I am in love with the natural list of ingredients and I am very excited to see how this works in the future, as well as recommend it to other members of my family. I definitely believe that I will continue to do this body wash one of my "healthy wastes".
Great natural product It enumerates great smells, but it does not stop in your skin, which I love. Also our dog really likes it too
I use this bath gel to remove the chlorine after swimming and it works very well! I swim several times a week and the previous body washings I used did not work. My skin would still have a chlorine smell and it would dry easily. When I use this body, my skin smells good and does not dry out that easily. The smell is fine, it is not super strong what I prefer. It is difficult to find affordable natural body washes that are aimed at swimmers. While this is not specifically aimed at swimmers, it works! If you are looking for a natural shower gel after shower, this is an excellent choice! I'm sure this would also be an excellent body wash for normal use.
2-18.21 Man Made Wash & 18 oz
You have or have not heard of 18.21 Man Made. If not, it is a company that is worth a look.
The company is based in Texas, 18.21 is a small company that produces premium care products that are gentlemen proud of the property.
It is the wish of its three founders to create nostalgic and modern care experiences and all their products are manufactured with an aroma of sweet tobacco.
They have also developed the best body wash for men – a product that is inspired by the look and feel of fine whiskey.
Their wax is free of parabens and infused with macadamia, quinoa, and jojoba to bind moisture to your skin and provides an attractive shine that lingers all day.
In addition, your skin will feel hydrated, but not greasy as with other body washes that claim to have moisturizing properties.
The 18.21 Man Made Wash is also very versatile and available for use as the body wash, shampoo, and conditioners. It is truly one of the most effective men’s products for men out there. And no matter how you use it, you will enjoy its rich, full foam (it is also good for all skin and hair types).
18.21 contains the characteristic smell of sweet pipe tobacco, but not in an overwhelming way and hints of vanilla, tonka bean, spiced saffron, and dried fruits.
- Rinsing takes longer than somebody wash
Questions & Answers
Would this product be suitable for African American hair and skin?
Hi friend. Yes absolutely. The product offers a mild cleaning and light conditioning. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will be happy to process the artery for you. Thank you and let me know if you have more questions.
My boys have oily hair. Does this shampoo work for that?
Hello, this shampoo does not help regulate the sebaceous glands that are causing the excess oil. And it is not astringent. However, it will not add oil to your hair or weigh your hair. If they are very oily, I would look for something special to help with that.
Other than the great smell, does it help with the hair thinning?
Is not intended for hair lost, it has quinoa protein to restore the hair shaft
Will i smell like ciggeretts after using this?
Buy this bath gel now if you like the smell of pipe tobacco, cigars, whiskey and manhood! I love the aroma. It is the best part of this washing. How is a shampoo / conditioner? 3/5 It's okay. It's not great, it's not terrible. But that is not the selling characteristic for me. Do not listen to others in the reviews. As of June 2018, the formula is neither overwhelming nor viscous. It rinses as easily as any other moisturizing bath gel. I used Nivea 3 in 1 before and soaps and rinses well. The aroma does not stay in the bathroom or stick to your towels unless the bath is vaporized and saturated with water vapor. The odor remains in your body for about 4 hours, but it is never strong or explicit to make someone ask your body to wash. I'll buy "Spirits" to handle that later. Washing does not dry out my skin, and I'm prone to dry skin anyway. However, it does not seem as moisturizing or conditioning as the descriptions say. In general, it is a functional bath gel with a fantastic smell. The price is high. For 18 ounces, I was expecting around $ 18. This is not a specialized medical grade bath gel that earns the high price. It's a slightly better quality than Bath and Body Works and much better than Old Spice or Ax or Everyman Jack, so I'm willing to pay more. I just wish it was less than $ 20. I'm not sure how much longer I can justify spending $ 24 on a bottle of bath gel. The aroma sells it. I was also interested in their hair products, although $ 24 for a 2 oz. Can of clay for hair is expensive even by salon standards. Drop it for $ 16 and I'm your customer all day. 5/5 for fragrance and quality, 3/5 for price.
I bought the 18.21 Man Made Wash and bought it yesterday. I was starting to get remorse from the buyers because I do not know what I was thinking about spending $ 24 on soap (yes, I'm cheap). First shower with these things and I was impressed. This is an incredible killer. It smells great, I can still smell it this morning. My wife loves the smell too. My hair is soft but not very curly. It did not dry my skin like anything else I've tried. I'm going to push this to everyone I can.
IN AGREEMENT. The smell is totally subjective. This is the best bath gel I have ever tried and I will order it again. I will upgrade to a 5 star rating as soon as the corresponding bar deodorant is available. What does it smell like? The middle east. Period. And it is very strong in my opinion. My wife is not sure if she likes it or not (she does not like it, but she's too educated to admit it). I'm not afraid that I try to use it. No woman would use these things. Men only. Some say that a little goes far and that may be true, but probably not for me. I hope this lasts a month. It does not foam well. Leaves the skin a bit oily but I like that. It is moisturizing. Obviously it is expensive. I do not care If you do not mind the price, give it a try. It is intoxicating. UPDATE: increased to 5 stars. He contacted the manufacturer and they are working on a deodorant.
I bought this bath gel after my normal body was exhausted. First, when you receive this bottle of bath gel, you will instantly justify the price. 18 ounces is a lot for body washing. Second, the fragrance of washing smells like a man. For me it's like a sweet smell of bourbon mixed with an earthy musk. It will make you smell awesome and the smell will last hours after bathing. The smell is strong too. Wait for your bathroom to have a smell similar to that of the bathroom after the shower ends. Third, it foams very well. The foam is thick but easy to rinse. If you are on the fence of this wash as I did at the beginning, do not hesitate to risk it. It will be worth it This is my new go to body wash.
3-Kiss My Face Bath and Body Wash
The Kiss My Face has also received a 2 of the EWG, which means that it has a low health risk. It is Leaping Bunny certified because it has not been tested on animals and it is free from animal products.
The Active Athletic formula is designed to soothe aching muscles and help you revitalize. It contains aromatic oils of eucalyptus and birch, as well as arnica and witch hazel.
Again, it is not certified organic, but it is mainly based on natural ingredients. Kiss My Face is a well-known manufacturer that has been on the market for decades.

Questions & Answers
is there different formula in 16 ounce bottle than 32 ounce? I have seen some responses that indicate it might be??
According to what I've seen, there is no difference. Unfortunately, I don't have a bottle from over 8 yrs ago to see what changed in the formula. I have read some reviews from others who said that the formula has changed. I'm so disappointed that it is not what it use to be. Don't know why anyone would change something that didn't need to be changed, in my opinion?
Does is foam? and if so, how well?
It foams just like any other body wash. I love this product.!!
Love this stuff. Very relaxing. Makes ur body feel great
I work as a swimming instructor so I spend hours in the pool every day. The only problem I had was that, no matter how many showers and hoy much soap I used, everyone could smell the chlorine in me (even me!). Gave Kiss My Face a try and voila! Chlorine scent is gone! Very happy to share!
It doesn't take much activity for my body to start talking to me (I have lupus), but a bath with Kiss My Face Active at night helps my muscles recover and prepare me for a night of restful sleep. I panicked when my GNC stopped carrying this and then I didn't see it at Trader Joe's any longer, so I was very happy to find it on Amazon.
Great Stuff!!!! My skin is lovin it.
4-Antifungal Soap with Tea Tree Oil and Neem Body Wash: 100% Natural Care.
Olivine completely natural body wash is mild enough to use every day but is strong as an ox when it comes to dealing with body odor (including foot odor).
First, it is packed with essential oils of aromatherapy that stinks and with skin problems and problems such as acne and blemishes. They are oils that have been used for centuries in the fight against body odor.
But there is more to the antifungal wax of Oleavine – actually much more.
The body wash from Oleavine is made from organic and natural ingredients and is ideal for dry, inflamed skin thanks to the nourishing herbal ingredients rich in moisturizing creams. You would find it difficult to find a better body wash for dry skin.
Here is something else: this stuff contains antibacterial extracts such as neem oil that not only protects against odor but also against things like itching, athlete’s foot, ringworm, and toenail fungus.
In the meantime, the fungicidal soap fights odor with a pleasant odor that contains menthol but does not enter a room before because it is so strong (a common problem with colognes of lower quality).
Olivine’s hand-harvests its products in small batches to maintain optimal quality, while also using a steam-distilled process that gets the most out of its active, organic components. And the tea tree oil comes from trees that have been grown in the pristine Bungawalbyn Valley Basin in New South Wales, Australia. If you get the chance, check out some of the pictures of the pelvis online. It is a nice place.
- a bit runny.
Questions & Answers
Does this help with body acne and black heads?
My first answer would be "Yes!" But, I would be remiss if I did not talk about body chemistry and diet. Both play a very important role in skin type and well-being. The main causes of acne include clogged pores, bacteria, excess fat production and dead skin. Other factors, such as hormones, diet, stress, and certain medications, such as corticosteroids, androgens, birth control pills, and lithium, can also make acne worse. Except for the above, I recommend this and a tea tree lotion (if you do not have any, then mix 100% tea tree oil with juniper berry or jojoba oil, both have antimicrobial properties.) If you buy a bottle of spritz, You can create a mixture (2: 1) of the oils and apply after the shower Note: Tea tree oil has a strong smell, I prefer to use the mixture at night before going to bed, let me know if this helps.
What's the PH level of this product?
Thank you for your question about the pH of the Oleavine TheraTree Soap product. The pH of TheraTree Oleavine soap is around 9.5.
Could you use this soap as a shampoo?
I use it as a shampoo on a regular basis.
Is this product vegan/have animal-derived ingredients? I looked and I don't think it does but just want to double check.
It seems that they are all oils derived from plants.
5-Brickell Invigorating Mint Body Wash
Brickell was born in Bolduc garage in 2014 and has grown into one of the fastest growing skincare and healthcare companies in the world (their products are sold in more than 20 countries). With products such as their invigorating Mint Body Wash for men, it is easy to see why.
Brickell’s body wash earns high marks on many levels, including natural and organic ingredients that contain skin-friendly additives such as aloe vera, jojoba oil, glycerin, vitamin E and tea tree oil. It is the best body washfor men with sensitive skin, but also for everyone.
Brickell’s invigorating Mint Body Wash works in a foam that provides a deep cleansing that makes you feel fresh all day long, while the mint scent, created by natural peppermint, is light and easy but still noticeable. Put simply, there is a lot to say about Brickell’s characteristic body wash, not the least of which is that it does not contain chemicals or harmful sulfates. All ingredients are scientifically formulated to create a high-quality body wash suitable for men of all skin types.
- Foam is not as thick as with other products
Questions & Answers
Why is it so expensive?
quality of ingredients
Is that bottle glass?
How does this compare to other 30 dollar bottles of body wash?
It’s actually natural and organic. You will actually get great results. I’m not sure about other products, but I’m sure this can compare and beat some of them.
Why isn't the bottle filled to the top? Even in the pictures, the body wash is about an inch+ down the bottle. The stuff is $30, c'mon.
When I got the body wash, it was almost to the top. The body was is natural and organic, so make the most of every drop you have!
I like Brickell's mission statement. Two guys started a company after researching all the available body washes/men's grooming items on the market and finding that they were littered with excessive chemicals or not particularly aimed/packaged toward men. Maybe I'm a sucker for presentation, but the first thing that struck me was the simple, small batch design of the bottles. They look like old laudanum bottles. This is clearly an artisinal, small batch product with simple ingriedents and a masculine design sense. The mint body wash is expensive. It's $30. This is definitely the male equivalent of luxury beauty items. But, a little goes a long way, and you can make this last. The mint smell is strong, but not overpowering. The scent clings to the skin for a while. I could smell it for about four-to-five hours. It lathers up nice and quick. The gel is on the runnier side, so be careful when applying; you don't want to waste a $30 product.I respect that it's a premium, small batch product and, as a result, you're paying $30. The one thing that knocks it down to four stars is the price. It's probably the most expensive body wash I've ever used. It's hard to swallow $30 for 16 oz, but it's a good product. If you're in the market for something like this, and you have the money to burn, buy it.
Its expensive but well worth it if looking for an all natural, mainly organic body wash. I was using too much at first, use to using the older body wash. It doesn't suds up the same so I was overusing but now that I got it down, its perfect. Love the scent and the way my skin feels after a shower, especially after getting out of the pool, the chlorine kills the skin. Bought another bottle and plan on sticking with this for a while!
I have been using Brickell products for a year and they are some of the best man products I have ever used. I use the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, they have a great woody, leather scent. I like the products so much that i just recently started using their face and ant aging stuff. I do wish they would make travel size products as I travel a lot and can never find Brickell in the countries I travel in.
Leaves skin feeling moisturized after a winter shower. Love the scent -- quite invigorating in the morning. Also doubles as a shampoo. It doesn't lather as well as harsher products, so you'll have to get used to it. That is, you might not feel perfectly clean... but you really are.Honestly, I haven't gotten used to the lack of copious suds, at least for the summer, so I use their bar soap while the sun's out.
6-Jack Black Turbo Wash for Hair & Body
Jack Black stands behind his PureScience formulas that are free of synthetic substances, parabens, and coolants – as good as they should be. Their natural Turbo Wash Energizing Cleanser for her body will certainly follow suit with vegan, cruelty-free and dermatologically tested ingredients (and results).
And that is the case – if only because a product contains completely natural ingredients, this does not mean that it automatically tops the list of other quality products. The results it yields have to be good, and Jack Black’s Turbo Wash Energizing Cleanser delivers in that respect.
What is in it?
- Organic green tea A powerful antioxidant, organic green tea has antibacterial properties and anti-inflammatory.
- Eucalyptus reduces bacteria on the outer layer of the skin to support the immune system.
- rosemary warms the muscles and stimulates the mind and body. Rosemary – together with eucalyptus – even works as a decongestant.
- palm derived surfactants and Coconut
These surfactants ensure a soft, sulfate-free cleaning for both skin and hair. You’ll like it when your body washes sweats and removes dirt. (it also works well as a hair cleaner).
The products of Jack Black can be seen in some of our other reviews, so they are a company that is always worth a look at. Their Turbo Wash is a good total product with a long list of properties.
Questions & Answers
This product is only good for men?
Nope! My wife uses this as well as body wash only and she loves it & the smell!
How many uses does the 33oz give?
I've had this wash since July and I have used less that half showering daily.
Is this paraben free and sulfate free?
Sulfate-free for sure I don't know about paraben butt for the price and as long as it lasts it's not worth it
is this also bath gel?
Expensive? Yes. But it makes you smell like an Olympian. Knock down doors, make that woman yours and smell great while doing it. Honestly, if Jesus wasn't in to the whole poor thing this is what he would smell like. Buy it.
I received a sample a few months back in a Birchbox monthly box and really liked how it cleaned as well that it didn't leave me with dry skin or scratching incessantly like many other soaps seem to do. The smell is also quite nice, a good masculine scent without being overpowering. After running through the sample, I bought the 3oz tube to continue to see how it worked as sometimes a product that works well up front will lose its luster over time. Thankfully IT does not seem to be the case here and I'll be ordering the largest size this time. A plus with this product is besides feeling clean, the smell is quite invigorating, wakes you up and leaves you feeling refreshed. The whole Jack Black line has been a great find for myself as well my family, but if you can only buy one thing then this soap would be the one I would pick.
I was not optimistic about this product. I've never had exceptional experiences with all-in-one bath products, and as big, sweaty, oily, thick haired dude, I need something that works consistently and without fuss. Plus, after being married recently, I've grown accustomed to my wife's salon-grade shampoo and I didn't think an all-in-one could come close. But after several separate recommendations from friends and reading the reviews, I bought the smallest tube and decided to give it a try.Now I'm in love. Now it may not seem like this would save much time...and it doesn't, not really, but it does make it nice and easy to take a couple of pumps, wash your hair, and use the remainder to easily wash your body. When I'm in a rush in the morning (okay - every morning) it's perfect, a one-stop shop and I'm done. The smell is fantastic. Eucalyptus and juniper, like you'd get in at a spa or nice gym actually. I don't use it right before bed as my wife dislikes strong scents and describes the smell as "peppery". But that's fine, this is mainly a morning product for me.Jack Black has done a great job here creating a scent that is masculine but unique and not "musky". It's a luxury smell, is what it is.The most important part, the cleaning abilities, are great. The product doesn't leave my hair AS silky smooth as my wife's $25/bottle shampoos. But it's close, and certainly doesn't leave the residues or "squeakiness" you get from lower-end shampoos. It would be worth quite a bit as a shampoo itself. As a body wash, however, I have no complaints at all. There's not a body-wash in existence that'll keep me clean and sweet for more than a few hours, but this is as good as any of them. Again, there's no residue. It's easy to wash and lather, and it removes sweat and oil completely without drying you out. That's about all I can ask. It's expensive. People may downplay that. Nope, it's still expensive. That's going to be your call - how much do you want to spend on this kind of thing. I will say that the large bottle lasts me, a heavy user, about 2.5 months. I can stomach spending $50 for a good bath product that will last that long.Oh, did I mention, it smells great!
This product is absolutely a luxury product. The price alone made ill, but this bottle will last several months, so it evened out, I’d say.Fresh, masculine scent- strong eucalytus notes. Very refreshing to use in the shower. Skin feels clean, moisturized, and it gives me that kick I need in the morning to get up.Lathers nicely for being a more naturallly derived product. If you can get over the price, this is a a solid buy.
7-Old Spice Fresher Body Wash
You have to hand it over to the people of Old Spice – they certainly did their research before they launched their Fresher Collection a few years ago.
Old Spice worked with a leading neuroscience research firm to see if his Fresher Collection scents could calm the mind and body since the outdoor air (and the delicious scents) have the reputation to do. Of course, science has supported them.
The result was the introduction of five scents Denali, Amber, Citron, Fiji, and Timber, which ensure that a man smells delicious. Denali, named after the highest mountain in America, is a different smell than any other and makes Old Spice’s Body Wash the best-smelling body lotion that lasts all day.
Old Spice is hardly new in the men’s grooming game. For a long time, they have high-quality products for men – perfume, deodorant, aftershave, etc. Their characteristic smell is distinctive, to say the least, and many men love it.
Denali maintains a part of the original spiciness of Old Spice, but with a hint of spruce trees – when climbing a mountain – and the smell of snowy peaks. It is big and daring, but also crunchy and masculine.
You do not want to leave the shower after you have cleaned yourself with this body wash.
You will also love how this wash removes dirt, sweat, and odor quickly. The Fresher collection offers Old Spice’s deodorant technology (actually, in fact, Procter and Gamble technology since P&G owns the Old Spice brand), which is activated when sweat occurs. That certainly gives you peace of mind as you make a busy day.
Questions & Answers
Which scent is the best?
Before the change, I would have said Denali, but now we had to go with a different brand entirely. We're now using Axe White Label Night. Not as good as the old Denali scent but definitely better than whatever it is they're making now in place of it.
Is this Lotion?
no ,it is a body wash
i love old spice, but i always sneeze when i put on that signature scent of theirs, does this make anyone else sneeze?
Not for me. The scent from this series are quite ok, not too over powering
How does this pack arrive? Is it packaged in a box? Shrink Wrapped?
Three containers sealed in a plastic wrap, in a box with inflated plastic bubbles. (The larger ones that are being used). I have order a pack of three twice already. And they arrive safe and sound.
I have to leave reviews for the all "Fresher" purchases (different scents) in the same space, so here they are.Timber = 4 stars. Smells good, but there is a subtle element in all the Old Spice body washes I have tried that makes them all smell similar to me (aside from the Classic scent). I thought this would smell like wood/bark/tree, but to me, it just smells like sweet same old song and dance. First time I used it was on vacation and the scent really filled up the suite throughout our stay. Neither my wife nor any of my many daughters had a word to say about it. We like the spray more.Citron = 5 stars (purchased after using the Timber). Finally a different scent that is not similar to all the other body washes out there. Citrus comes through, but is not overpowering. Will buy again when the time and price are right. Fiji is next on my list to try, but I suspect I will like this one better (best).Fiji = 3 stars. When I first receive my 3 pack of this, I liked it so much that I set up a Subscribe and Save. Midway through the 3rd bottle, I was done. For me, the smell eventually was just too sweet, so much so that I added some shampoo to the bottle to mellow things out. Scents are subjective and a ton of people love this scent so if you want to give it a shot, you probably should.Amber = 4 stars. Smells like pie (which I love), but cloying to me after a week of use. Again, since scents are subjective, my thoughts on sweetness should not dissuade you from purchasing. I'm giving 4 stars because surprisingly, this scent doesn't dry out my skin.Peace and Love.
keeps you feeling clean good smell it's a shame they keep discontinuing fragrances
I love the Fiji line from Old Spice as it reminds me of being on an island somewhere. One thing I have noticed is some complain of the scent not being strong enough but I believe the issue to be the Old Spice Fiji product is potentially not mixed well enough so if you run into the same issue make sure to shake the product well before your next use to see if that resolves the issue.I would definitely recommend this product to others, especially those that enjoy tropical locations!
Good stuff. Smells great

was this item supposed to come sealed?
I do not recall mine arriving with any type of seal, and it did not strike me as odd as I've never seen any shampoo or body wash with a seal (check any brand at your local store) as it is not for internal consumption but external use. Excellent product, though.
Is this product silicone free?
I would say it's silicone free. I read the ingredients and it said nothing about containing silicone products.
I DID NOT WRITE THIS REVIEW IN EXCHANGE FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE ON THIS PRODUCt. THESE ARE MY HONEST THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS!My husband and I are extremely pleased with this organic baby shampoo! Our 19 month baby girl has very sensitive skin. We give her a bath every day and she has gotten red rashes from other baby products. This shampoo is the first shampoo/body wash that has actually prevented rashes and kept her sensitive skin safe! We are 100% going to purchase this product again once we run out!DELIVERY: Speedy , Hassel-free arrival as promised.INGREDIENTS: I have done a lot of reasearch on what actually goes into making baby shampoo and body washes , and this product is by far the purest and cleanest of the products I have researched!SMELL/ODOR: This shampoo /body wash is very simple and pleasant when it comes to smell..best way I can describe it: Fresh Lemon smell. I can tell just from the smell that it isn’t full of chemicals like other products I have tested on my baby’s skin.Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy! If your baby has sensitive skin, don’t hesitate to try this product out! Like I said ...I give my baby a bath every night, and she got rashes all the time! Sometimes they would get so bad they turned white!!! This product has actually helped alleviate some of those rashes , and now she never gets them anymore!!! HUGE THANK YOU!
I know the name says "baby shampoo" but I am a young adult in my 20's and I absolutely love this product! I've tried other organic shampoos in the past but wasn't a big fan because they were difficult to lather and my hair was oilier earlier in the day. However, with this product it was the complete opposite! There is a pleasant but subtle scent to this product, and what I loved the most is how clean it leaves my hair after every use. I even notice that my scalp isn't oily at the end of the day (usually it is noticeable, but since I've started using this shampoo it has stayed looking fresh even after a long day). Furthermore, I have really long hair that gets tangled easily, but with this product it has been softer and easier to comb through - and no I don't use conditioner so I know it is definitely the shampoo which has made a difference! I gave the product to my Mom to try and she made the same comment regarding how clean it leaves her hair and how easy it is to lather. On last note, I think it's absolutely wonderful how the positive benefits I've experienced after using this shampoo aren't even advertised so I hope whoever is reading this will take the chance on this product and experience the same great results that I have 🙂
I have very long hair and i take care of it a lot by putting a lot of natural thick oils and even hair masks that consists of onion juice, so i was worried that this baby shampoo wont take all my oils and masks off as i have experienced that in the past with other natural shampoos, but to my surprise this shampoo makes your hair squeaky clean no matter what is on it and i love it! Its not harsh on the hair either. I've been searching tirelessly online for natural shampoos and been through many natural shampoos since they did not clean my hair properly with the masks/oils, and always find at least 1 toxic ingredient, so i am glad i have finally reached my destination! I hope the ingredients never change and they never discontinue this because i will be buying this for a while!!
When we first tried the BareBaby Organics Premium Lotion we were hooked. We love the honesty, simplicity, and natural components of the BareBaby product. So, needless to say, my family eagerly anticipated new products and jumped with joy once we saw there was now a shampoo/wash for the littles (and grown ups too). My whole family uses and loves this shampoo and wash. It smells great, yet not overpowering. It builds a great lather so you're not overpouring more and more soap than is needed (something I'm often guilty of). It really is tear free as tested by both myself and my daughter. It's an awesome product! I especially love that now I can have just one bottle in the bath versus multiples and I know we are all getting clean safely with a product I trust. I love it so much so that I've already ordered my second bottle and anticipate ordering many more with our newest addition to the family.

Not sure if you can or not.

Is there ANY type of alcohol in this product?
there is no alcohol in this product. Its all natural ingredients.
Creamy lather and so soothing on my skin! My skin always feels soft and moisturized after use. The smell is pleasant and not at all overwhelming or perfumed, and there's plenty of coconut oil in the product. I would recommend this highly to anyone looking for a shower gel that contains so much moisture that you don't need lotion afterward. Good stuff!
I got one of these for Christmas from a client and didn't think I'd be able to use it. I have such sensitive skin I have to be careful what I put on it and what I wash my clothes in. But I ran out of my regular body wash and thought I'd try it. Loved it so much I bought more when I ran out!
I love everything SheaMoisture because I find their products to be natural and good of the hair and skin. Well, this body wash does the job. Usually washes or soaps leave the skin feeling dry and not this one. Gives a smooth slight oily feel. Definitely love this and recommend!
I love this stuff. I have very acne prone skin between pregnancy and breastfeeding hormones. This is moisturizing and keeps my skin soft and happy without causing breakouts. It alleviates my breakouts better than any other soap I've used in the last 3 years.
10-Fieldworks Supply Company Organic All Natural Body Wash SoapThe Fieldworks Supply Company includes bentonite clay in their body wash. The clay draws toxins from the skin. But in itself, it would probably be too dry.
That is why the soap also contains aloe and shea butter to hydrate your skin. There is also rosemary to improve blood circulation and vetiver that kills bacteria and fungi.
This body wash protects against athletes, foot and ringworm. But it also soothes irritated skin.
It is safe to use in rivers and lakes. Moreover, it lacks an artificial odor and has never been tested on animals.
Questions & Answers
Is this product cruelty free?
YES! Absolutely. My husband can not live without these things, and everything is done responsibly.
Is this item vegan?
Yes, this product is vegan. Also biodegradable. If you buy, please tell us how you like it.
What is the difference between Hose Off and its sibling product Hot Springs?
Thanks so much for your question. We formulated both the same but Hose Off has a more "outdoor scent" and Hot Springs has the addition of Lavender that we have found is appealing to women.
does it contain gylcerin?
I bought this for my son who has a body odor problem. I thought antifungal, antibacterial properties could help. It's still a problem, but maybe not as much as it was. I used it myself first, and I really like bath gel. I know what all the ingredients are, and the first one is the aloe vera juice, not the water. Also how to know what is made in the United States. Organic washes for the body usually feel different to other body washes, maybe they leave less waste. I felt clean and my skin felt good. My children and I agreed that it smells like lemon. The bottle is compressible. The top part is unscrewed and there is a small hole for the soap to come out. It foams very well.
I can not say if I like this product or not. When he entered, there was no seal, so if he bought it in a store he would not know if it was tampered with. He says he's focused, so a little bit can go a long way, but I've noticed that he only lather a little before having to apply more. I can only wash sections of my body before I have to apply more. Torso and arms. Apply more Private and rear. Apply more Finish with the legs. So you end up using the same amount. I had my brother try it and he had to use a normal amount to wash and then reapply because he did not know he was "concentrated." He used it on his hair and said he was fine. I used it myself and soaped up very well, but it dried up fast in the shower when I tried to apply it. I washed it and my hair was very dry and very curly, but I used some Tresemé conditioner and it was great. I do not know what makes it antifungal and antibacterial, but doctors do not know what it is. One said that fungi, another bacterial, but this calms the redness. I love how safe it is in the waters. I use a lot and I appreciate the product. I can not say if I love it. The skin is soft but still dry. I think this is going to be my signature body wash, but not shampoo.
I am a boy. The boys have five stench: Strong stench, Fetid ass, Stench standing, Stench of breath and Stench of sex. Well, I can not improve my breathing, but it has done the job admirably in all the other stench of my life. Maybe I'll brush and I'll let you know. Are you a guy who has tried switching to a more natural soap option such as a bar or Dr. Bronner's, but after smelling like a wood nymph for a month, he went back to a more reliable, cheaper, SLS, option cheaper perfumery to better cover your man's smells? This is for you. It's a good soap, take care of the smell. Bottle: the bottle is plastic and can be compressed, and under the lid there is a small rubber cap with a small hole, so it does not get too tight. I can see where the cap can be a pain to bathe in the shower if you put it back too tight. Use (a little goes a long way): probably need a bit for the upper part of your body, a little for Your man part, and a little for your butt. He soaped up quite well, and used significantly less product than he could otherwise have used in a cheaper liquid soap (Old Spice, Dove Men + Care) or more expensive (Aesop) to do the job. A little spice, a little clay. It smells like a spicy autumn day. If you do not think the clay smells good, it probably is not for you, but the smell is not strong enough to stay with you all day, or even exceed the smell of your deodorant or cologne in some way. Hydration / Rinse: I found that the foam rinses easily and leaves my skin fresh. I did not feel greasy or dry. On the contrary, my skin felt quite healthy after using this product. In general, my secondary review after weeks of use is STILL a 5 star overwhelming. I thought that this type of perfume and sulfates were clean, and so far I have been very satisfied with this natural liquid soap.
Fickle Tech Fanatic
A lot of cleaning parts in a small bottle! I used this immediately! The aroma is great and I even had some friends who tried to steal it! The properties of the product are as described! There are no extravagant sales tricks aside from a bit of humor. It requires very little product per use. The best results are shaking the bottle well before application and using a sponge cloth or a poofer instead of a standard cloth. It only needs a small amount of water to activate the foam. This material is very concentrated!
How do you know if a body wash contains real organic ingredients?
If you buy a body wash that is sold in the United States, and it has the USDA organic seal, it must have an organic content of at least 95% or more.
Unfortunately, USDA does not seek manufacturers that use fake labeling, nor does it use the FDA.
A skin care company can also wash its products green by labeling them as natural, of course, and trying to make their packaging look like real organic brands.
Soap can be made with both tea tree oil plus a number of unwanted chemicals, such as parabens. If the soap maker claims that it is organic, they can often get away with it.
do not worry too much about this, you have ways to avoid false and misleading products. Read the ingredient list carefully.
Consult the EWG Skin Deep database or the SafeCosmetics site.
You can also take a look at the USDA list of certified organic companies and also check for the organic certification of NSF.
smaller companies Sometimes do not want to pay to have their products certified as organic, but they may still sell something that is worthwhile. Read user reviews and see if beauty sites or medical professionals recommend these washes.
Which organic and natural and ingredients are best for skin care?
When you shop for the best natural body wash, you may wonder how to choose the best for your skin. There is a wide variety of components with different advantages. How do you know what you need to take care of your skin?
Your skin type, dry, sensitive, oily or combined, probably affects the body’s own cleansing you use. Some vegetable derivatives help one kind of skin more than other species.
Example, lavender is very soothing for sensitive skin, just like chamomile. But if you have acne-prone or oily skin, you can shop for a wax that contains tea tree oil.
If you are concerned about avoiding products based on animals, look for vegetable glycerin and avoid honey.
Body Wash Vs Bar Soap
There are not many options for cleaning your body. There is soap in the bar that has been there for a long time and a day – and there is body washing that could not be found on the ledges of the shower until well into the 20th century.
But is soap better than body wash? Or vice versa?
a fact both are effective, but different types of products that achieve the same purpose of general cleanliness. Let’s do a story about the tape:
Although washing the body is generally more expensive than soap, it offers – in most cases – more benefits for the skin. Newer washes have a lower pH balance and contain skin conditioners that simultaneously hydrate and cleanse your skin. Many car washes and shower gels also contain ingredients that exfoliate the skin, i.e. remove dead cells from the top layer of your skin.
soaps will, 1) save you money and 2) will probably last longer than body wash. However, that is not always the case. There are other benefits to exclude, including the fact that most soaps now contain glycerin – a great moisturizer. That is important because soap often gets the bad rap from the drying skin. There are also a lot of soaps that contain no fragrances – which wash a lot – which is good news for people with certain skin allergies.
Soap has a higher pH than liquid soap, which means that some (not all) dry out more on the skin. It is true that many strong bar soaps are too much for many people and potentially remove important oils while your skin remains irritated. Bar soap also leaves a scum if you’re not careful; that will probably not happen when washing the body.
What does the organic label mean?
When a product says it is organic, what does that mean? First of all, the answer to this question depends on where you live. In the context of our article, we discuss the standards for the United States.
Organic certification examines whether the crop has been grown with synthetic chemicals such as fertilizer or pesticides. An account is also taken of whether the plants have used genetically modified seeds. In addition, to be certified organic, ingredients must be physically separated from non-organic products and must be grown on land that has been free of chemical treatments for several years.
Currently, products that contain less than 70% organic ingredients may not be advertised in their entirety as organic. But they can list the individual components that are certified as organic.
To obtain a 100% organic assessment, a product can only contain certified organic ingredients, together with water or salt, if applicable.
These items may contain an organic seal from the USDA but must also include the name and address of the agent who issued the certification.
If a product then contains at least 70% organic ingredients, but less than 100%, it cannot display the USDA organic seal. But they can prominently display three organic ingredients on the front of the container.
If a product contains less than 70% of the total organic ingredients, they should not use the term ” organic ” on their main label. But of course, they can state the specific components that are USDA certified on the ingredient label.
Please note that only because a cleanser or soap identifies itself as ” organic ” cannot be guaranteed that it is safe for your skin. You can still be allergic to some of the organic ingredients.
If you have sensitive skin, take the time to read the label carefully.
Then test your new body wash on a small area of ‹‹the skin and wait a day to see how you react.
The use of a new body wash can make starting the day much more pleasant. If you find the best product that gives your skin a comfortable feeling, that’s great.
