Does this shaver work well in the ball area. I want a nice smooth finish. Is that possible?
Recommend that children be lightly dusted with baby powder before use and before showering (which keeps the bean bag tighter and easier to go over without risk of nicks). When I'm done, I hold the tub and wash with a couple of quick blasts of a "canned air" duster (which isn't air; I don't breathe it) to easily remove excess dust from the aluminum foil and then wipe as normal. A drop of razor oil every now and then also helps.
Has anyone tried shaving the toothless bad boy with this?? Is it good? Asking for a cousin...
Works fine. You would have to shave very aggressively to hurt yourself. Older models would cut you off.
Are there any significant differences between this model and the philips norelco bodygroom series 3500? is it worth the extra $ 30?
Does it depend on where you want to use this razor? On your back or in your private part? Do you also want to use it to trim body hair on armpits / arms / legs? If you only focus on the hair on your back, consider the 3500 series. If you want to trim / shave the hair on your private part, I will recommend the 7000 series. Get a quick and smooth cut / shave on your private part without getting nicks and cuts is worth much more than $ 30.
So this is a newer version of the Bodygroom Series 7100? What's the difference?
Hello! A side-by-side comparison of those two particular units can be seen here: https://www.usa.philips.com/etc/philips/b2c/compareproducts.html?locale=en_US&catalog=CONSUMER&ctn=BG7030/49,BG2040 / 34
Do you work on 220 volt ??
Hello! You should have no problem charging this shaver on your travels as long as the voltage of the outlet you are connecting to does not exceed 240V. The voltage for this particular razor is 100-240 V.
Is the battery crap like in the bg2040/49 model? my bg2040 won't hold a charge after 6 months...
Hello! Philips BG7030 / 49 comes with a lithium ion battery. The run time is 80 minutes and 1 hour for a full charge time.
What is difference between this new model and previous model?
I used to use an electric clipper that is designed for head hair. It always itched me enough to bleed a little. Not anymore! The body shaver does a great job comfortably, without nicks.
¿Se puede afeitar los testículos con está máquina?
yes, I used it and it doesn't hurt at all
Does this product include guards for the foil end?
Hello! No, the laminated end of this Norelco Bodygroomer does not have protectors to trim.
