The bottle i ordered was broken when received. At what temp does this product freeze?
Rose water is the water-distilled essential oil from the fresh petals of the rose flower. This is because heat distillation would damage soft plants or for plants with lower essential oil content, where heat distillation makes it impractical. Since essential oils do not contain water, they do not actually freeze. At cold temperatures one or more components can crystallize. The quality is not affected, although the crystallized components sometimes do not completely dissolve in the solution when it is exposed to heat. This results in a cloudy appearance. Placing the bottle in warm water or in a warm location will eliminate the cloudiness. I am originally from India and have been using rose water in India and USA for the past 25 years and I have never seen rose water freeze though most people don't know it snows in India and it is so cold that the water freezes once it comes out of the tap. So rest assured, if the product is pure and of good quality, there should be no problems with it. Sometimes I put the rose water bottle in the fridge and use it as a cooling cleanser on my skin that smells nice and takes away all the irritation on my skin. I hope this answers your question to your satisfaction.Meena

Is this product really all natural and organic? I see these chemical ingredients listed; Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Ethyl Hexyl Glycerin
I just looked at all three chemicals in EWG's cosmetic database and they are ranked 3, 3, 1 out of a score of 1-10 (10 is high risk and 1 very low risk. Sometimes scary sounding ingredients aren't so harmful as she may seem.https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/search.php?query=Ethyl+Hexyl+Glycerine
What are the ingredients?
The products list "preservatives free" in one area, "artificial preservative free" in another, and the ingredients list "rose water" (assuming this should indicate what REALLY is Rose Hydrosol, made through a distillation process. My problem is that ANY natural water-based product, especially pets including herbal and botanical hydrosols, MUST be stored (unless customers are willing to keep it in a fridge or freezer for a very short time), otherwise the products will start to mold, bacteria and molds within a few days… I am confident of this information because I distil organically grown hydrosols (including rose water, the distilled rose flower hydrosol) and for safety precautions I use a highly beneficial, 100% organic & vegan vegetable preservative in minimally effective quantities to keep the product safe. If there are NO preservatives, b Organic or not, this product is definitely NOT safe to apply to the skin or anywhere else on the body - it's contaminated with bacterial and fungal growth, as well as most likely viruses and fungi within just days of the distillation process, meaning it can EASILY be unsafe for use before customer even receive it after ordering. That's assuming you distill it immediately before shipping, at best, slightly overgrown with bacteria and growing rapidly within the next few hours to days as it's applied. Is it true that there is ZERO organic safety retention included? If so, how many contaminants do your lab tests show growing in the hydrosol and what "freshness date" are they lab tested for? Or are they not tested at all? Sounds extremely unsafe.
Do you wipe it off after applying?
Hi - No need to wipe it (although you can use a cotton ball to lightly pat it dry). Apply your serum or moisturizer while your face is still slightly damp. I hope this helps!
Does this remove makeup if you wipe it off after applying? I typically have some foundation left after washing that I'd like removed.
Of course, it is always best to clean your face as well as possible with washing. However, I have found that the toner is wonderful for removing any residual makeup without drying out the skin.
will it minimize pores?
Yes it will. I saw an improvement with my pores. I did get adult acne every now and then but this item along with my other insta natural beauty product plus charcoal soap helps my skin a lot. I have had clear skin for a long time now.
Could this help in reducing pore size?
Topical products cannot permanently reduce the size of your pores; the best they can do is make them look smaller on a very temporary basis.
