Why does the “description“ state that it’s safe for underarms yet, the “features & details”states that it is not to be used underarms?
this ripped my armpits up. I put it there because the package was safe for underarms. great everywhere. i asked some friends and the same happened to them
For the Manufacturer. How do you clean it? Does it automatically clean, need a brush?
Hello and thanks for your question! Finishing Touch Flawless Legs is very easy to clean! Simply remove the head from the unit and shake it out over a trash can, or use our cleaning brush to remove the clippings.
Do the heads have to be replaced ? How often ? And how much do they cost ?
For optimal results, we recommend replacing your Flawless Legs head every 3-6 months depending on how often you use it. The replacement heads should be available on Amazon around April 2018.
The green light that instructions say will replace the red light when charged does not work. Light just goes out. Should I be concerned?
The green light indicates that the shaver is charged. But if it works after charging - if the light goes out I think it must be good! According to the instructions, it takes about an hour to charge. And you can use shave r while plugged in.
Can this be safely used around the bikini area and does it really remove the hair there?
For me yes, but I do go over it and for the very small stiff hairs I just have to pull my skin really tight and it totally works. I said in a previous comment that I have to go all the way on the legs, but especially the bikini line. As you probably know, our bikini hair grows in all directions, not even easy spots in the same direction, so again I use it back and forth, spin it around do the same, left to right, circles you name it, but then so smooth and no unsightly razor bumps or cuts or marks left behind!
It's diffictult to believe it shaves as close as a razor. Is this true?
The directions for use say that the more you use it, the closer the shave will be, as your skin needs to get used to it. I don't know how true that is, but I really like it. It doesn't give you a slick like waxing, but I think it's pretty similar to three-blade disposable razors, without the nicks or in the shower-balancing acts that come with it.
Can this product be used on your upper lip, chin and face?
Hey! We have a smaller "lipstick" Finishing Touch Flawless that is perfect for small and sensitive areas: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071KW9GTT
Is this the same item sold by Hammacher Schlemmer?
My faultless is not going through. I plug it in and it won't charge. No light comes on, nothing. It's like a dead battery.
Does it hurt
It is very important that you follow the instructions and shave with circular motions. If you have longer hair on your legs, it can sometimes pinch. If you shave regularly, it shouldn't hurt at all.
I have had laser hair removal on my legs but still get fine blonde growth. Does this device work well for this? How often do you need touch ups?
This device is terrible. It has broken several times. Doesn't work well at all. Not working at all now. When cleaning, the pieces fall apart. And put them back together failed
