Should you use a toner after the mask? Or does that strip away whatever good stuff the mask may have left behind?

The mask is NOT the last step!! You can use a toner if you want

Can you put this over your beard?

I've done it over my facial hair in an attempt to cover my upper lip and chin with the mask, which worked great. I didn't want to miss those areas of skin. But I have fairly short facial hair and I suspect it becomes less effective if the hair is long or thick because it doesn't make contact with the skin. The mask itself has good clay consistency and is not thin enough to work through thick hair.

Can women use this product?

From the research and comparisons I've done, I see no reason why it shouldn't be just as effective for women. The only thing that really "separates" it as a men's product is its subtle scent (and lack of a more noticeable scent you'd normally see in women's products).

How many uses does a bottle (or ounce) get you, roughly? I'm trying to make a value comparison, but different formulations go on the face differently.

This 4oz bottle will last approximately 6-8 months. I use it once a week, and I'd say I use a pretty generous amount compared to how others sometimes use it - maybe even twice as much because I really like the thick application. So while that's just an estimate, it's definitely the Brickell item I buy the least often because a bottle lasts a very long time.

My bottle came and the product is rather dense and hard to spread, is this normal?

Yes, this is normal; it's more like a paste. You don't have to apply it either - just a thin layer over your face is enough.

Is this jar made of glass or plastic?

Plastic
