How many cpm's (cuts per minute) does it has?
There isn't much technical information on their website, but historically Braun razors (including the newer Series 9) operate at 10,000 cpm (cycles per minute), so presumably the Series 7 is the same - it sounds almost identical when on operation and very different from Panasonics, for example, which operate at 14,000 cpm. Braun uses a "cut actions" calculation by multiplying the motor speed by the number of cutters (40,000 cut actions for the Series 9, for example, due to its 4 cutters), so the new Series 7 by this math would have 30,000 "cutting actions", which doesn't really have a practical meaning: cutting efficiency is represented by reciprocal blades cutting hair sticking through the blade or flat cutter, and depends on the speed of the cutter. blade (10,000 cpm in the case of Braun) and the sharpness of the sword. More clippers POTENTIALLY reduce the time it takes to shave - pretty much, not that much (due to a lot of variables). Functionally, the Brauns work very well, although they are a bit louder than the Panasonics, and they provide a close, comfortable shave and represent the best foils of the line.
Hola, favor me dirías el origen de fabricación de la afeitadora?
what do the 3 colored rings mean on the charger?
The 3 lights on the cleaning and charging station will be level indicators for the fluid in the station. -The Braun team
How to "clean the head" before putting it into the Station? Just rinse without opening the head? Or open it, exposing the springs & screws?
Rinse the shaver head in warm water, dry it wet with a towel, avoiding foils and place in the station. That is all. You really don't even need to do this, but it will extend the life of the cleaning solution.
Hola amigo que trae la maquina braun ? Trae cargador ?
Hello, yes, it has the charger and some "heads" to be able to make different cuts. In general my impression has been very good, it works very well with good results. Still, it seems TOO expensive for what it is, I bought it thinking that it would be EXTREMELY superior given its price, but the truth is, it does not have much better than other 1/3 of its value. Friend, in summary: It is a good machine, it will serve you without any problem and it will meet your expectations, but it is not something that cannot be obtained in other brands much cheaper. A hug and I hope it serves you.
charge without cleCan you charge the razor in the cleaner without cleaning it like you can the series 9?
No, it cannot be loaded into the cleaning station without always activating the cleaning cycle. You should unplug the charging cord from the cleaning station and plug it directly into the unit.
I just got this, its nice but vibrates more than other shavers ,is yours the same, seems loud also
Roughly on par with the previous Series 7, slightly more than the Series 9.
Does the cleaning station leak? I'm wondering if you have to keep it on a bathroom counter or if you can put it on a bedroom dresser.
No, our cleaning and charging stations are created so you don't have to deal with any unnecessary clutter. - The Braun team
Does it hurts during the shaving?
When used as directed, our Series 7 7020s is safe to use and will not harm the shave. - The Braun team
Can you lock the shaver head?
Due to the flexible head, it cannot be locked. - The Braun team
