You can use these sandpapers for plastic model kits, right?

they seemed completely suitable for plastic...

will the higher grits stand up to hours of wetsanding painted car bodies. how does it compare to 3M or finishmaster on a scale of 1 to 10

Not as durable as 3M but had for a lot less and there's a 'thing' you can try. This product is very good after an easy and cheap modification/addition. I use it to "wet" sand paint on cars and one pack can easily repaint a 'Chevy S10' with my modification that follows. Chancellor's Hack: Take good quality duct tape and tape the backs of the sandpaper sheets. There's no need to overlap and use whatever tape you have to make the paper last longer, but duct tape and wide electrical tape are best. This change significantly extends the working life of the sandpaper. So much so that the paper lasts long enough to lose effectiveness, not through tearing and weakening of the paper, but through the loss of the abrasive particles due to wear and friction from work. Wet/Dry - Regardless of the tape, the sandpaper gives a 2x-4x life. Extremely useful on an electric sander, sanding block or orbital sander after shaping and bonding for extra long life. When wet sanding, try using a spray bottle to wet the work surface. This gives you better results and more control than dunking, but requires more attention. Also use a coarser grit in those cases where you find yourself pressing hard to smooth a surface. As Confusionius said: 'Behold the sandpaper, ... how much better it is that it toils and you not, silkworm'? Late Bill Gates.

Is It Sharp?

It is silicon carbide, with the crystal form of silicon carbide. That means it can't be as sharp as garnet, but it can be sharper than aluminum oxide. Count on it.

Can this be used on concrete?

I'd say the concrete will probably take more of the sandpaper than the other way around. Not the most durable sandpaper... but you can certainly use it on concrete.

Will this work great on gundam plastic model kits?

Yes, but you must use the finer sandpaper, 400 grit and above. I highly recommend wet sanding if you do.

does this sanding paper work good on anodized aluminum

I do not know. I used it on wood and worked well

Is this garnet sandpaper?

No, this is a silicon carbide sandpaper.

Will this work with resin?

That's what I use it for...yes, it works with resin for light sanding or heavy sanding on stainless steel cups.

Is this good for filing fingernails?

No, it is for sanding plastic metal or wooden surfaces. You could use a few on acrylic nails, but buy the whole package for nails? :)) would not recommend.

How do you wet it?

WHEN SANDING FURNITURE, IF YOU PUT A DROP OF DETERGENT INTO THE WATER, IT HELPS TO KEEP THE SANDPAPER CLEAN AND IS A GOOD VEHICLE. BUY A DOLLAR ALUMINUM PAN AT DOLLAR STORE TO DISCOVER ALL THE WATER. ON CHAIR LEGS I PUT THE LEG IN THE PAN. NO MESS. USING AN OLD TOWEL WORKS WELL TO COLLECT THE DROPS. GOOD LUCK
